Ensuring the first session of the IGWG on Human Rights, TNCs and other Business addresses environmental crimes and systemic human rights violations by Transnational Corporations (TNCs), the impact they have on affected communities and ecosystems, as well as the legal possibilities to bring TNCs to court for these crimes.
